My names is Stephanie Crouse and I acquired my New York Massage Therapist License in 2014 and Esthetician License in 2020 after moving to WNY from Washington State where I had been an LMP since 2008. My passion for wellness through hands-on therapy motivated me to complete schooling and realize my dream in my early 30s.

In Washington, I opened and solely ran my studio for 5 years before moving and after earning my NY License, I spent several years in area spas until, once again, opening my own studio. I was drawn to more therapeutic and deeper pressure massage early in my career. Knowing the physical demands on a practitioner's hands and body, I pursued education in many techniques that would both extend my career and deliver massage pressure that would be most beneficial to my clients. This led to my training in DeepFeet Ashiatsu Bar Therapy, DeepFeet Silks, and NLPR- Next Level Pain Relief. These therapies utilize gravity and body weight to deliver massage pressure through a practitioner's feet to administer deeper strokes, minus the pointed pain that can occur when using elbows and thumbs. These techniques are more easily received by the nervous system and encourages deep relaxation and deeper muscle release. NLPR is performed with client fully clothed on the table or mat on the floor using stretching and compression for multiple hours to be able to fully address the client’s issues using open communication and client feedback.

Looking to branch into complementary services, I achieved my NY Esthetics License. I specialize in compromised skin care as I, myself, have dealt with Rosacea and other skin conditions. I retail and offer signature facials using the Hale and Hush product line which was originated to help extremely sensitive and health-challenged skin, specifically Oncology patients. The line is also fantastic for healthy skin.
